A wonderfully charming and exceptionally tiny Randall Zadar original, this retired 2001 piece titled “Afternoon Tea” captures an elegant pair seated together at a miniature tea table complete with tiny cups, serving pieces, and delicate period details. Despite its remarkably small scale, the scene is richly sculpted with graceful Rococo styling and intimate storytelling throughout. Produced as #56 of Zadar’s creations, this original studio design was limited to only 42 examples ever made in this natural bronze finish. Created using the ancient lost wax bronze casting process, each piece began as a hand-sculpted wax original before being individually cast and meticulously finished by Randall Zadar. Full of warmth and personality, this delightful little treasure makes a perfect shelf sitter for a dollhouse parlor, tea room, or romantic vignette.
