A wonderfully whimsical and richly detailed miniature, this retired 2002 Randall Zadar piece titled “Looking For The Mouse” features two curious little golden kittens peeking out from an oversized worn boot, with tiny sculpted paws and expressive faces adding warmth and playful personality throughout the scene. Produced as #72 of Zadar’s creations, this delightful micro miniature was limited to only 100 examples ever made. Crafted using the ancient lost wax bronze casting process, each piece began as a hand-sculpted wax original before being individually cast and meticulously hand-finished by Randall Zadar. Filled with storytelling charm and remarkable detail despite its tiny scale, this sweet treasure makes a delightful shelf sitter for a dollhouse nursery, child’s room, pet vignette, or cozy cottage scene.
