A sweet and wonderfully whimsical miniature, this retired 2000 Randall Zadar piece titled “Let’s Play” features an adorable tiny kitten seated beside a bright red ball of yarn, accented with a charming purple ribbon collar and delicately hand-painted details. Produced as #48 of Zadar’s creations, this delightful micro miniature was limited to only 114 examples ever made and represents an original studio design by the artist. Crafted using the ancient lost wax bronze casting process, each piece began as a hand-sculpted wax original before being individually cast and meticulously hand-finished by Randall Zadar. Despite its remarkably tiny ¼” scale, the piece captures an incredible amount of personality and warmth, making it a delightful shelf sitter for a dollhouse nursery, child’s room, pet vignette, or cozy sitting room scene.
