A charming and richly detailed miniature, this retired 2003 Randall Zadar piece titled “Seed Collector” features an adorable little chipmunk perched beside a mound of gathered seeds, with delicately sculpted fur, hand-painted striping, and tiny green leaf accents adding warmth and personality throughout the scene. Produced as #75 of Zadar’s creations, this delightful micro miniature was limited to only 86 examples ever made. Crafted using the ancient lost wax bronze casting process, each piece began as a hand-sculpted wax original before being individually cast and meticulously hand-finished by Randall Zadar. Full of woodland character and remarkable detail despite its tiny scale, this whimsical treasure makes a delightful shelf sitter for a dollhouse nature vignette, nursery, study, or cozy cottage scene.
