This exquisite one-of-a-kind miniature tart was handcrafted by Shay Aaron, the celebrated Tel Aviv–based artist known for his unbelievably hyper-realistic food sculptures.
The piece features a layered puff pastry base with delicate, hand-sculpted folds mimicking crisp laminated dough. Between the layers sits a touch of cream filling, while the top is lavishly adorned with tiny strawberries and blueberries, piped whipped cream, a subtle honey glaze, and a soft dusting of powdered sugar.
The dessert is presented on a clear acrylic pedestal stand and includes a separate fitted acrylic dome, perfect for display in a dollhouse pâtisserie, tearoom, or afternoon dessert vignette. Shay Aaron’s earlier works are increasingly scarce and highly collectible, making this a standout piece for any miniature gourmand.
