Why You'll Love Her
This vintage one-of-a-kind character doll captures the unforgettable personality of Winifred Sanderson, the iconic witch from Disney’s Hocus Pocus (1993), portrayed by Bette Midler. Hand-sculpted, painted, and wigged by a talented unknown artisan, she has been dressed in a luxurious silk ensemble by miniature artist Loretta Kasza. Winifred’s signature fiery red hair is styled in her iconic heart-shaped bouffant, framing her expressive rouged cheeks and buck-toothed, uniquely lipsticked mouth. She wears a stunning magenta and green embroidered robe and dress with shimmering gold trim, perfectly capturing her flamboyant, vain, and wickedly witty character.
Styling
This Winifred Sanderson doll is a show-stopping piece for a Halloween display, a witch’s parlor vignette, or a shadowbox collection inspired by cult-classic films. Pair her with other witch characters or set her in a dollhouse scene of spell books and cauldrons to recreate her mischievous persona.

A Note About Value
Every miniature we offer has been carefully evaluated for its craftsmanship, rarity, condition, provenance, and collectibility. Many of the artisan pieces we sell are one-of-a-kind works that may never appear on the market again. While original retail prices provide an interesting historical reference, they rarely reflect decades of appreciation, the artist's legacy, or the scarcity of surviving examples.
Our pricing reflects the miniature's place within today's collector market and the years we've spent studying the artists, histories, and values that make these tiny works of art so special.
A Commitment to Research
Every miniature has a story, and uncovering it is one of our greatest passions. We carefully research each piece, but unsigned or illegible works can remain mysteries. If you can identify an artist or provide additional information, we'd be delighted to hear from you and will gladly update the listing to preserve their legacy.
