This exquisite Regency-style window bench is a collaboration of two celebrated miniature artisans, Nicole Walton Marble and Judee Williamson. Signed and dated 2008. Hand-carved from solid wood with a warm mahogany finish, the bench features dramatic scrolled ends accented with ribbed carvings and graceful scroll feet. It has been upholstered in a beautiful cream-colored raw silk. Nestled into each end are meticulously tailored bolster pillows with tufted centers and delicate tassels that drape elegantly from either side. It would be great beneath a grand window or at the foot of a bed.
Perfect for a Regency drawing room, Empire-style salon, grand hallway, bedroom footboard bench or library.
