We use UPS as our preferred shipper domestically and internationally, if you prefer a different shipper, please contact us  for domestic shipping as you would be responsible for any price over the cost of us using UPS.  

If you are shipping Internationally, although we prefer to use UPS (they are consistent with shipping on time and are the most reasonably priced over other carriers) you can choose your shipper at checkout.  USPS is most often less expensive but the time to receive is much longer, especially during custom processes.  

Magpie Miniatures insures every package that leaves our facility.  All orders under $200 are insured by Shopify directly and Magpie Miniatures covers additional insurance over $200.

If your package is destroyed or lost by any of the carriers, Magpie Miniatures will cover the loss as we insure each package.  If your package was destroyed by a carrier it is important for you to take photographs of the exterior and interior of the box and the damaged goods.  Do not throw away box or goods as most carriers will not refund without the damaged merchandise and box until further notice from Magpie Miniatures.  This process is usually completed within 1 week.  If you dod not take the requested photos, a claim cannot be submitted and you will not receive a refund as you are the only person with proof of damage.

Magpie miniatures does it's absolute best to protect each item that leaves our packing area.  If you receive something that broke during transit but the box does not have damage, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue directly.
