Why You’ll Love It
This exceptionally rare ball-jointed resin doll by celebrated Swiss miniature maker Heidi Ott is a Rococo era little boy. Dressed in a rich red silk period coat trimmed with gold braid over a lace jabot and dark breeches, he carries a tiny violin and bow, a young musician ready for a salon performance. His beautifully styled powdered white hair is gathered into a graceful ponytail with ribbon. Fully articulated and in pristine condition. He comes complete with his original box and has never been displayed. He is perfect for a music room, formal parlor, or historical vignette.
