The piece features a delicately carved painted soft white wood frame raised on five elegant cabriole legs, fully upholstered front and back in beautifully hand-painted blue fabric that has been skillfully detailed with padding and tufted details. Even the seat cushion is meticulously painted, accented with delicate floral and bird motifs that echo the decorative charm of antique textiles. The settee is accompanied by a trio of handmade accent pillows, including two adorned with hand-painted birds perched on flowering branches, designed to resemble fine petit point needlework, and a coordinating central blue pillow. Fully upholstered on all sides, this delightful piece can be displayed in the center of a dollhouse salon, beside a miniature window, or in an elegant sitting room vignette, where its romantic palette and intricate detailing will shine.
