This beautifully made hand-carved wood armchair has the substantial look and decorative detailing of antique Tudor- or Jacobean-style furniture. The tall back is richly carved with a stylized floral motif, while turned front supports, shaped arms, stretcher base, and an ornamental crest give the chair wonderful architectural presence in a period room. Although unsigned, the craftsmanship is especially fine and the warm aged finish highlights every carved detail. We currently have two identical chairs available. If you would like the matching pair, we encourage purchasing both, as once they are gone, they are gone.
