Why You’ll Love It
This is a miniature porcelain tea service made by the artist Jean Yingling, one of the most respected names in fine dollhouse porcelain. The set faithfully recreates the beloved Staffordshire "Eastern View" transferware patterns that captivated Victorian households during the 19th century. Each piece is richly hand-painted in warm sepia-brown tones with romantic scenes of tropical shorelines, towering palm trees, native figures, and distant sailing vessels, all framed by intricate floral borders. The set includes an elegant octagonal serving platter, two tiny teacups and matching saucers, a lidded teapot, sugar bowl, and cream pitcher. Sophisticated, historically inspired porcelain.
Perfect for displaying in a Victorian dining room, afternoon tea scene, English manor house, historic kitchen or elegant parlor.
