This delightful 1:12 scale artisan miniature vignette was created by Marie-Pierre Gratias of MP Creations and captures her signature French shabby chic style with a soft springtime/Easter theme. The scene is arranged on a distressed pastel blue wooden bench topped with a delicate white lace runner.
Seated on the bench are two of Gratias’ charming handmade characters: a slender cream mohair rabbit with long ears, dressed in a pink tulle-style skirt or ruff and wearing a tiny antique-style medallion, and a small jointed cream teddy bear dressed in a pink lace waistcoat. Flanking them are two decorative decoupage Easter eggs, including a larger egg with a vintage rabbit illustration and a smaller ribbon-tied egg. Behind the figures rests a vintage-style floral and cherub print, completing the vignette with the romantic, heirloom character collectors love.
