Why You’ll Love It
This delightful Noble Courtier gentleman marionette is a one-of-a-kind miniature treasure created by celebrated artisan Loretta Kasza and custom commissioned for Maureen's remarkable puppet maker's workshop collection. Designed as a true marionette for a dollhouse doll to manipulate and perform with.
He has a short, open surcoat (overcoat) crafted from a black-and-white patterned fabric, plush black faux-fur trim along the collar and edges. Slim black hosen (tights) tucked into pointed white slippers that feature small gold metallic accents on the toes. A fine gold-tone chain necklace adorned with a central rosette pendant, draped over a dark high-necked doublet. A classic black velvet flat cap or Tudor bonnet tilted over styled strawberry-blonde hair. Suspended from a simplified straight wooden overhead puppet controller bar.
Perfect for a puppet maker's shop, Tudor or Renaissance court display, theatrical scene, Renaissance room box, or historical vignette.
