This is an especially remarkable miniature by the late Dave Williams of the UK (hand dated 2014), hand-carved from wood salvaged from a Tudor cottage that was being demolished, making the timber itself approximately 500 years old. The long plank top retains a wonderfully rugged, timeworn character with visible grain, grooves, uneven edges, and intentional surface wear. Heavy turned supports, shaped feet, and a long stretcher give the table the substantial look of early English furniture, making it feel perfectly at home in a Tudor kitchen, manor, tavern, or great hall.
