Why You’ll Love It
This delightful Tudor gentleman marionette is a one-of-a-kind miniature treasure created by celebrated artisan Loretta Kasza and custom commissioned for Maureen's remarkable puppet maker's workshop collection. Designed as a true marionette for a dollhouse doll to manipulate and perform with.
His finely sculpted porcelain face is framed by tousled red hair and topped with a stylish black velvet Tudor hat worn at a jaunty angle. The costume features a cream-colored doublet beneath a richly patterned black-and-gold surcoat with plush black faux fur trim. An ornate gold ruffled collar draws attention to his face, while a metallic gold sash at the waist in authentic Tudor fashion. Cream hosen and matching pointed slippers. Suspended from a traditional wooden controller with puppet strings
Perfect for a puppet maker's shop, Tudor court display, theatrical scene, Renaissance room box, or historical vignette.
