Why You’ll Love It
Handmade by Dee's Delights Miniatures, this wonderful vintage metal kitchen appliance set captures two of the most recognizable American household designs of the late 1920s and early 1930s. The Roper gas range is modeled after the distinctive ranges produced during the 1920s, featuring the classic side-mounted oven. Its graceful cabriole-style legs, elevated body, detailed stovetop grates.
Accompanying the range is the General Electric "Monitor Top" refrigerator. Introduced in 1927, the refrigerator earned its nickname because the cylindrical compressor mounted on top resembled the turret of the Civil War ironclad USS Monitor. Crafted of painted metal.
Perfect for a 1920s bungalow, Depression-era farmhouse, country kitchen, or early twentieth-century scene, this matching appliance set offers both historical accuracy and wonderful display appeal.
