This lovely Sleeping Beauty marionette is a one-of-a-kind miniature treasure created by celebrated artisan Loretta Kasza and custom commissioned for Maureen's remarkable puppet maker's workshop collection. Designed as a true marionette for a dollhouse doll to manipulate and perform with.
She has a hand-painted porcelain face with closed eyes, rosy cheeks, and exceptionally long, flowing blonde hair trailing down her back. She is dressed in a romantic medieval-style gown featuring large, puffy dusty-pink sleeve caps over tight lavender undersleeves. Her outfit includes an open pink overskirt, a textured lavender underskirt, and a deep burgundy waist sash accented with a tiny gold necklace at the center of her bodice. She hangs suspended by fine white strings attached to a miniature wooden crossbar controller, ready for a dollhouse display or fairy tale collection.
